As the Art Director and lead designer for Tiberi, a startup based in Valencia (Spain), I created a cohesive brand identity, developed the company’s website, print materials, and social media assets, and worked with email design.

1. Brand Identity Development:
I crafted a distinct visual identity for Tiberi, capturing the essence of premium, artisanal food experiences.
2. Website Design:
I designed the Tiberi website to reflect the brand’s high standards and engaging user experience. The design process included layout, UI/UX design, and setting the direction for the web developer.
3. Art Direction and Project Leadership:
I coordinated the work of various specialists, including an illustrator, food photographer, collage artist/retoucher, and web developer. My responsibilities included sourcing talent, briefing them, and ensuring their work was aligned with the brand vision.
4. Client Coordination:
Throughout the project, I communicated closely with the client to ensure their vision was realized and that all deliverables met their expectations.
5. Launch Timeline:
The project was executed swiftly to ensure the website and the first Christmas product boxes were ready for launch by late 2023, just in time for the holiday season.

Challenges:
The primary challenge was to develop and launch the website within a tight deadline to ensure the Christmas product boxes reached customers in time for the holiday.

By managing a talented team and maintaining clear communication, we streamlined the workflow and met the deadline. Detailed planning and efficient execution were crucial for achieving our goals.

The Tiberi website was launched successfully. It features a clean, elegant design highlighting the products' premium quality. The website style is modern and sophisticated, focusing on high-quality visuals and user-friendly navigation. A visual strategy for social media promotion was developed alongside the website, along with brochures and leaflets for the product boxes.
