Overview
As an Art Director and Lead Communication Designer in the Special Projects team at Yandex.Eats, I operate within an internal creative agency setup — working in a fast-paced environment, managing high-complexity briefs, and delivering multiple campaigns simultaneously.
I typically lead 4–5 campaigns in parallel, partnering with national brands in retail, food, pharma, finance, and tech. Each campaign is a custom in-app integration designed to engage users and drive brand or product actions within the Yandex.Eats mobile experience.

✦ Concept Development
— Collaborate with a creative pair and strategist to develop 4–5 concepts per campaign, crafting both visual and interactive mechanics tailored to brand objectives and user context.
— Support idea generation, visualization, deck creation, and internal pitching.

✦ Design & UX/UI
— Design full sets of integrated in-app formats: Hero Banners, Pop-Ups, Story series, branded cards, and interactive landing flows with gamified logic (quizzes, mini-games, scroll/tap mechanisms).
— Architect CGM-style flows for each campaign — from first impression to final conversion point.

✦ Art Direction & Production
— Oversee visual execution across all stages, including both my own work and that of team members.
— Select and art-direct external freelancers and vendors (3D artists, illustrators, motion designers, studios).
— Ensure consistent quality and adherence to both Yandex.Eats and partner brand guidelines.

✦ Cross-Functional Collaboration
— Work daily with marketers, copywriters, producers, developers, stakeholders, product leads, and designers.
— Handle planning, task-setting, follow-ups, presentations, hand-offs, and QA.

— Built and maintain a modular Figma library with 15+ reusable templates for faster campaign assembly and more consistent visual language across projects.
✦ AI-Enhanced Workflow
— Use Midjourney and ChatGPT, PS AI, and others daily for ideation, visual research, content generation, and rapid prototyping.
— Treat AI tools as creative assistants, especially useful in early-stage concepting.

🧩 Contributed to the design logic and structure of 60+ campaigns (10 months), helping increase concept-to-production approval rate from ~0.2 to 0.6–0.7 — resulting in 36–42 projects launched instead of just 12.
